Requirements
- •Successful track record as a Solutions Consultant in the B2B SaaS space (HR Tech experience strongly preferred)
- •Demonstrated ability to discuss APIs, SFTP, SSO, and data migration strategies with technical buyers
- •Willingness to lean in and do the work such as building custom environments or recording videos to keep deals moving
- •View oneself as part of the sales team with understanding of deal velocity and balancing technical depth with sales momentum
- •Ability to speak the language of HR buyers with authority
- •Ability to work independently and make decisions with autonomy while collaborating effectively with Account Executives
What You'll Do
- •Serve as the Technical Closer and Strategic Co-Pilot for the Mid-Market revenue team
- •Work alongside Account Executives to secure the Tech Win by validating complex technical requirements
- •Navigate HRIS integration discussions
- •Translate HR philosophy into technical reality
- •Move the conversation from features to outcomes ensuring alignment between 15Five’s capabilities and the prospect's business goals
- •Adopt a Strategic Co-Pilot mentality and embed in the sales cycle as a revenue partner
- •Adapt to different sales styles and actively participate in calls to elevate deal strategy
- •Hold Account Executives accountable for proper discovery before demonstrations
- •Manage expectations when prospects have been over-promised and present alternative configurations
- •Recognize buying signals and execute the Technical Close
- •Conduct high-stakes, tailored demonstrations showcasing edge cases and specific workflows
- •Serve as the authority on the HRIS ecosystem and scope integrations live with IT stakeholders
- •Build bespoke Proof of Concepts and configure intricate performance cycles
- •Navigate security questionnaires and conversations regarding GDPR, SOC2, and PII
- •Create micro-demos and annotated screenshots as leave-behinds
- •Provide voice of the market feedback to leadership to influence product roadmap
- •Translate technical concepts for HR buyers and HR concepts for IT buyers
