    Requirements

    • 4–6+ years of software testing experience
    • 2+ years of dedicated experience in the Banking or Fintech domain
    • Proficiency in backend/API testing using TypeScript and GraphQL
    • Proficiency in Mobile testing using Kotlin/Espresso and Swift/XCUI
    • Automated testing experience across unit, integration, and e2e tests
    • Experience with at least one CI/CD platform: Harness, Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, or buildkite
    • Experience working in a Scrum-based Agile Development Model
    • Proficiency partnering with Engineering and Product teams
    • Strong drive and precision in delivery
    • Customer-focused and mission-driven mindset

    What You'll Do

    • Own the quality strategy and execution for critical financial services
    • Maintain existing test cases in the automation suite
    • Drive automation to increase coverage to 50% across all test types
    • Explore, prototype, and implement AI and automation tools
    • Document and evangelize AI/ML-driven wins and best practices
    • Identify problems and propose solutions to reduce risk and improve software quality
    • Design and deliver test plans for significant components or features
    • Contribute to the team's Continuous Delivery (CD) strategy adoption
    • Partner with Product Marketing and Data Analytics/Engineering teams
    • Mentor a Quality Assurance Engineer and present banking domain knowledge
    • Collaborate on developing and assuring emerging technology in banking

    Nice to Have

    • ISTQB or other certification
    • Web testing experience with Cypress
    • Experience with PNPM, TestRails, Docker/containerization, or Crypto/blockchain
