Requirements
- •5+ years of analytics experience preferably supporting product or marketing
- •Experience designing experiments or measurement frameworks, calculating sample sizes, analyzing results with proper statistical methods, and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders
- •Strong statistics foundation including hypothesis testing, p-values, confidence intervals, Type I and Type II errors, and statistical power
- •Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, Amplitude, Tableau, and Braze
- •Fluency in AI tools to accelerate work and interest in building agents and automation
- •Understanding of user behavior, customer psychology, and how product experience or messaging changes drive outcomes
- •Strategic mindset to challenge experiment designs and measurement plans, advocate for right metrics, and identify targeting opportunities
- •Exceptional drive and precision in delivery
What You'll Do
- •Own experimentation and analyses end-to-end including designing A/B tests, measuring campaign incrementality, determining sample sizes and duration, analyzing results with statistical rigor, and translating findings into decisions
- •Investigate anomalies, validate tracking, segment results, and determine signal or noise
- •Surface insights proactively by monitoring performance, campaign results, and engagement patterns
- •Connect metrics to customer outcomes considering leading and lagging indicators
- •Shape priorities and infrastructure by working with cross-functional teams to establish priorities and build tools
- •Scale impact with AI and automation by using AI tools to accelerate analysis, generate code, and automate repetitive work
