Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience building exceptional consumer products.
•Experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product initiatives.
•Strong product intuition, analytical rigor, and deep customer empathy.
•A track record of building products that drive engagement, habit formation, or long-term customer loyalty.

•Own the strategy and roadmap for how families discover and grow with Acorns' family investing products, from first exposure through building lasting habits.
•Create new consumer experiences from first principles, designing tools that introduce millions of children to investing before adulthood.
•Partner closely with Design and Engineering to build products that customers genuinely love.
•Use research, customer insight, and data to uncover unmet needs and shape product direction.
•Balance long-term vision with rapid experimentation, making smart tradeoffs along the way.
•Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences with speed and quality.
•Champion our mission in every product decision, ensuring we act as missionaries for our customers’ financial well-being.
•Design strategies that deeply align business and customer incentives, prioritizing sustainable, long-term value.

•Experience with onboarding, activation, consumer growth, marketplaces, creator tools, social products, or network effects.
•Fluency with AI tools to move faster in your own workflow, and experience shaping or shipping AI-powered features for customers.
