What You'll Do
- •Lead product strategy for Ask Acorns AI-powered assistant
- •Define and drive the Ask Acorns product roadmap
- •Partner with design to craft Ask Acorns' voice, tone, and persona
- •Build strategy for Ask Acorns' skills and capabilities including memory, proactivity, conversation threading, and guardrails
- •Partner with engineering to establish quality and performance standards
- •Define success metrics and evaluation infrastructure
- •Partner with research to build customer feedback loops
- •Drive new ways of working to improve AI product development quality and speed
