What You'll Do
- •Support the development and maintenance of product messaging frameworks connecting product capabilities to customer benefits
- •Support end-to-end go-to-market execution for product launches including creative briefing, channel coordination, and launch communications
- •Synthesize insights from research, customer feedback, and social sentiment into messaging recommendations
- •Maintain a library of evergreen assets such as FAQs, value propositions, and app store creative to improve product understanding and reduce trust barriers
- •Apply modern AI tools and workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency of product marketing deliverables
- •Partner closely with Product, Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, Research, and Compliance teams to execute initiatives driving measurable customer adoption
