    Requirements

    • Proven experience coordinating multi-day events with complex logistics and vendor management

    What You'll Do

    • Lead end-to-end production of quarterly Community Weeks and departmental onsite events including vendor coordination, logistics, and day-of execution
    • Partner with VP of Culture & Community on company-wide All Hands meetings, coordinating key segments and tracking engagement
    • Own internal community calendar including virtual trivia and in-person Community Day
    • Manage community touchpoints and milestone initiatives such as anniversary gifts and fitness challenges
    • Execute new hire experience initiatives including onboarding communications and swag distribution
    • Create and manage internal communications like Slack recognitions and new hire announcements
    • Maintain and update internal culture resources such as Confluence pages and onboarding materials
    • Own engagement analytics across community initiatives using surveys, feedback, and data to improve programming
    • Manage day-to-day office operations for Irvine location including mail processing, inventory management, and facilities partnership
    • Partner with Procurement on vendor management and ensure cost-effective cultural investments
    • Track and manage community and office-related spend aligning with budget

    • Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and procurement tools like Zip
