Requirements
- •1–2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, people operations, HR operations, executive support, project coordination, or another high-volume operational role
- •Strong attention to detail with ability to keep systems, workflows, and data clean and accurate
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, schedules, and stakeholder needs
- •Customer-service mindset and desire to make processes easier, clearer, and more human
- •Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- •Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools; Ashby experience is a strong plus
- •Comfort working with Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, and recruiting or HR systems
- •Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- •Bias toward action, follow-through, and continuous improvement
What You'll Do
- •Own and support interview scheduling across teams, levels, time zones, and interview formats
- •Serve as a forward-facing representative of the Talent Acquisition team by providing clear, warm, and professional communication to candidates, hiring managers, and interview panelists
- •Maintain accurate and complete candidate, requisition, interview, and hiring process data in Ashby
- •Support general recruiting logistics including interview coordination, calendar management, candidate communications, interview prep materials, and day-of interview troubleshooting
- •Help manage the contractor hiring process including intake coordination, workflow tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and handoffs with internal partners
- •Assist with job posting and requisition administration
- •Support recruiting process improvement and Talent program logistics
- •Manage select junior-level searches ensuring a consistent, organized, and high-quality hiring process
- •Act as a recruiting partner for high-volume or junior-level hiring needs
- •Support offer and pre-onboarding logistics
- •Contribute to ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects that improve operational excellence, candidate experience, data accuracy, and team efficiency
