    Requirements

    • 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, people operations, HR operations, executive support, project coordination, or another high-volume operational role
    • Strong attention to detail with ability to keep systems, workflows, and data clean and accurate
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, schedules, and stakeholder needs
    • Customer-service mindset and desire to make processes easier, clearer, and more human
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools; Ashby experience is a strong plus
    • Comfort working with Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, and recruiting or HR systems
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
    • Bias toward action, follow-through, and continuous improvement

    What You'll Do

    • Own and support interview scheduling across teams, levels, time zones, and interview formats
    • Serve as a forward-facing representative of the Talent Acquisition team by providing clear, warm, and professional communication to candidates, hiring managers, and interview panelists
    • Maintain accurate and complete candidate, requisition, interview, and hiring process data in Ashby
    • Support general recruiting logistics including interview coordination, calendar management, candidate communications, interview prep materials, and day-of interview troubleshooting
    • Help manage the contractor hiring process including intake coordination, workflow tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and handoffs with internal partners
    • Assist with job posting and requisition administration
    • Support recruiting process improvement and Talent program logistics
    • Manage select junior-level searches ensuring a consistent, organized, and high-quality hiring process
    • Act as a recruiting partner for high-volume or junior-level hiring needs
    • Support offer and pre-onboarding logistics
    • Contribute to ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects that improve operational excellence, candidate experience, data accuracy, and team efficiency
