What You'll Do
- •Create and capture a mix of thumb-stopping content including UGC, in-house content, edu-tainment, behind-the-scenes moments, trend-driven and reactive formats, CEO led content, and real customer moments
- •Set and run social strategy for Acorns and Acorns Early connecting to larger marketing and business goals
- •Develop, manage, and execute a dynamic content calendar ensuring timely, relevant, and strategic content across priority channels
- •Source, scope, and manage external creators to diversify social content and tap into priority communities
- •Lead day-to-day community management, engaging in conversations about and with Acorns to foster a strong, engaged community
- •Collaborate with support partners on key topics, customer inquiries, and escalations with empathy and clarity
- •Grow Acorns' organic social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- •Analyze and report on social performance providing insights on engagement, audience growth, and content effectiveness
- •Own the Acorns brand voice and visual presence on social media
- •Stay ahead of trends and integrate Acorns into relevant conversations and channels within culture, investing, fintech landscape, and beyond
