Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Own the surfaces that help customers see their financial progress, understand what matters next, and stay motivated to keep growing
- •Define a coherent engagement model across these surfaces so customers experience Acorns as one connected journey, not a collection of individual products
- •Develop deep fluency in how customer needs change across the financial journey and identify experiences that help customers keep progressing
- •Lead product work end to end, from discovery and strategy through delivery, measurement, and iteration
- •Shape how partner teams show up across shared surfaces to strengthen the broader customer journey
- •Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, legal and compliance, and marketing to ship and iterate on experiences
- •Design and run experiments to test assumptions and improve long-term engagement
