Requirements
- •5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in Fintech
- •Strong foundational knowledge of Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards, prepaid cards, payment processors, point of sale systems, and banking institutions
- •Understanding of APIs, SQL, and mechanics of payment processing and account linking (e.g., Plaid)
- •Deep understanding of account connectivity and optimization for conversion and security
- •Customer obsession mindset prioritizing both customers and internal operations team
- •Expertise in data analysis to balance security and customer experience
What You'll Do
- •Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Data Science to define and execute the payments and billing roadmap
- •Identify areas of opportunity and drive the delivery of improvements for bank account connectivity
- •Develop the strategy for leveraging payment technologies like Recurly, Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit card providers, and ACH
- •Expand payment ecosystem integrations including Venmo, Zelle, and other emerging rails
- •Drive workflow strategies and tools to scale internal team's efficiency in managing payment exceptions and billing inquiries
- •Lead relationships and technical integrations with processors, bank SaaS providers, payment vendors, and merchants
