Requirements
- •9+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards management, preferably global or multinational
- •Deep understanding of equity/stock compensation, job leveling, and advanced data analysis
- •Strong project management skills with experience implementing system enhancements (Workday)
- •Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- •2+ years of people management experience
- •Experience motivating, supporting, and developing team members
- •Ability to align company vision and organizational goals with team execution

What You'll Do
- •Own and evolve global compensation and benefits strategy
- •Serve as strategic advisor to leadership using data and market insights
- •Lead end-to-end global compensation programs including planning, administration, communication, policy design, and equity/stock compensation strategy
- •Oversee global benefits and Leave of Absence programs
- •Partner with HR Operations to optimize Workday and manage job architecture and compensation frameworks
- •Continuously assess market competitiveness and refine total rewards strategy
- •Manage and develop a Total Rewards team member
- •Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across jurisdictions
- •Manage global immigration programs including visa sponsorship and work authorization
