Requirements
- •4+ years of Program Management experience within Fintech, Risk, Financial Operations, or Payments
- •Deep understanding of APIs, SQL, and mechanics of Machine Learning decisioning engines
- •Ability to build a risk platform that prioritizes customer and internal operations team needs
- •Ability to articulate complex trade-offs to stakeholders and lead agile teams
- •Expertise in data analysis to balance risk postures against customer experience friction
- •Exceptional drive and precision in delivery
What You'll Do
- •Collaborate with Trading Operations, Risk, and Data Science to define and execute the trade, risk, and operations roadmap
- •Improve the day to day trading experience and lead improvements for the product experience related to risk and trading
- •Build and manage tools that empower Risk Operations teams to update rules and manage queues independently
- •Lead the evaluation and implementation of third-party trading, risk and operations tools
- •Drive AI workflow strategies and tools to scale the existing team's value and efficiency
