Requirements
- •Experience designing interfaces and workflows for complex software products
- •Ability to manage projects from idea to launch and decide what ships independently
- •Strong visual taste and design skills
- •Ability to create high-fidelity mockups with great attention to detail
- •Ability to create prototypes to validate product ideas
- •Ability to collect and analyse data from a wide variety of sources
- •Understanding of software architecture and development processes and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- •Excellent communication skills to present and articulate product and design decisions
- •Comfort designing without precedent and ability to proceed without established patterns
What You'll Do
- •Own the design of Letaido end to end: the agent experience, the workspace it works in, and everything a customer touches
- •Shape the roadmap with the Head of Letaido, and with Marketing and Sales
- •Work out the patterns for agentic work including delegation, progress, interruption, review, trust, and handing results back to a person
- •Research actual user behavior with an AI teammate and understand technical possibilities
- •Sketch and prototype quickly to validate ideas, then design detailed, high-fidelity interfaces and drive them to release
- •Lead projects with engineers and data scientists, building, iterating, shipping, and owning improvements and support
- •Set the design language and maintain it as the team and product grow
