Requirements
- •Experience as an early growth or organic hire at a startup and scaling it
- •Proven track record growing a product’s organic acquisition from a standing start with measurable results
- •Strong writing skills with opinions on publishing quality content
- •Understanding of technical SEO including site architecture, indexation, internal linking
- •Knowledge of how AI assistants surface and cite products
- •Preference for owning a number rather than managing a process
- •Willingness to work on-site in Palo Alto or Cambridge (MA)
What You'll Do
- •Own organic growth for Letaido end to end — strategy, execution and results including content, SEO, technical foundations and editorial standard
- •Get Letaido cited by AI assistants, not just ranked in Google
- •Build the content engine — commission it, edit it, or write it yourself
- •Show the product doing real work by publishing what you make with it
- •Run experiments across the rest of the funnel: newsletter, partnerships, community, paid acquisition where it earns its place
- •Instrument everything and be honest about what isn’t working
- •Hire and lead the team once the channel is proven
- •Use Letaido itself to do the job and provide feedback to the development team

- •Built an audience such as a newsletter, following, or community
- •Experience marketing developer tools or marketing tools
- •Experience working with AI agents or LLM tooling
- •Experience hiring and managing writers or editors
- •Paid acquisition experience
