Requirements
- •Experience building a paid program from scratch with measurable cost and return
- •Strong analytical skills to pull and interpret data independently
- •Strong creative instincts and ability to brief creative work
- •Experience killing ineffective channels based on data
- •Ability to work well across teams and borrow ideas
- •Comfortable being hands-on in ad platforms
- •Willingness to work on-site in Palo Alto or Cambridge (MA)
What You'll Do
- •Own paid acquisition end to end — channel strategy, budget allocation, targeting, creative direction and measurement
- •Build a real audience thesis and test assumptions
- •Run creative as a system with a library of hooks and angles, maintain testing cadence
- •Own measurement honestly including CAC, payback, incrementality
- •Collaborate with content, product marketing, partnerships, support and product teams to improve ads
- •Feed learnings back to the marketing team
- •Decide when not to spend budget
- •Use Letaido to build reporting and analysis and provide feedback
Nice to Have
- •Experience marketing developer tools, marketing tools, or products sold to practitioners
- •Experience with AI agents or LLM tooling with informed opinions
- •Experience running paid for both self-serve and sales-assisted products
- •Ability to build own reporting rather than rely on others
- •Experience with creators, communities or newsletters as paid channels
