What You'll Do
- •Orchestrate production logistics end-to-end including booking travel, arranging accommodation, coordinating equipment rentals, managing call sheets, wrangling permits, and ensuring timely arrival of all parts
- •Manage budgets and vendor relationships by tracking spend, negotiating with freelancers and suppliers, and keeping productions on budget
- •Run point on shoot days to ensure schedule adherence, problem solving, and smooth content capture
- •Collaborate on creative direction with the Head of Video on shot lists, scripts, and creative decisions
- •Coordinate with freelancers and talent by briefing external crew, managing expectations, and clarifying roles and plans
- •Keep post-production moving by liaising with editors, tracking timelines, flagging bottlenecks, and organizing assets
- •Build scalable systems such as templates, checklists, and processes to improve future productions
Nice to Have
- •Experience producing for YouTube or digital-first brands
- •Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or data-driven storytelling
- •Background as a shooter or editor
