What You'll Do
- •Build internal tools to automate complex workflows
- •Tackle high level problem statements from 0 to execution
- •Automate customer support workflows to minimize resolution time and manual hours
- •Optimize distribution partnerships to maximize discounted cash flow and minimize risk
- •Accelerate revenue collection from contracted ARR to realized revenue
- •Collaborate with product, distribution, and people teams to identify leverage points and build scalable solutions
- •Lead design and deployment of scalable automation solutions
- •Explore automation projects based on impact and feasibility
- •Drive continuous improvement in automation processes integrating NLP and data analytics
- •Collaborate with ML/data team to enhance automation and efficiency
- •Potentially lead a team of automation engineers
