- •High aptitude and growth potential for coding if no prior coding experience
- •Expert competency in TypeScript
- •Comfortable with Angular, Node, React frameworks/libraries
- •Full stack development skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
- •Familiarity or willingness to learn AWS services (APIG, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, Amplify, CloudFormation)
- •Disciplined with version control, CI/CD, and code extensibility
- •Strong problem-solving skills using computer science fundamentals and first principles thinking
- •Intellectually curious with a growth mindset
What You'll Do
- •Use medical training to solve technical problems that save lives
- •Add third party API integrations including legacy EMR systems and national APIs
- •Iterate on proprietary graph traversal algorithm to improve patient care
- •Ship features that increase lives saved
- •Join customer calls to understand needs and pain points
- •Help architect and deploy scalable ETL data pipeline with version control
- •Deploy active deep learning training and validation architecture to production
- •Build products like global context aware chat, care orchestration, and LLM-enabled cloud telephony
- •Hire and scale the engineering team, implement processes to maximize productivity
- •Potentially transition to managerial/executive role leading engineers
- •Work with ML/data team to improve ETL pipeline throughput and quality through data-driven approaches
