Requirements
- •Expert competency in TypeScript
- •Comfortable working full stack in JavaScript/TypeScript
- •Familiarity with Angular, Node, and React frameworks/libraries
- •Disciplined towards best practice version control, CI/CD, and code extensibility
- •Familiarity with AWS services such as API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, Amplify, CloudFormation or willingness to learn
- •Strong computer science fundamentals and first principles thinking
- •Ability to tackle novel challenges creatively using appropriate data structures and algorithms
- •Excellent communication skills to maximize team productivity

What You'll Do
- •Extend existing product lines used by millions of patients
- •Build new products at the cutting edge of healthcare reinforcement learning and agentic AI
- •Add third party API integrations including legacy EMR systems and national APIs
- •Iterate on proprietary graph traversal algorithm to improve patient care
- •Ship important features that increase lives saved
- •Join customer calls to understand their needs and pain points
- •Architect and deploy scalable and cost effective ETL data pipeline with version control
- •Deploy active deep learning training and validation architecture to production
- •Build products like global context aware chat with semantic search, care orchestration, and LLM-enabled cloud telephony
- •Hire and scale the engineering team while implementing processes to maximize productivity
- •Potentially transition to managerial/executive role leading a team of engineers
- •Collaborate with ML/data team to improve ETL pipeline throughput and quality through data-driven approaches
