Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•CPA designation preferred
•6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, subscription, or marketplace environments
•Strong technical revenue accounting skills, including deep understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
•Proficiency in NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) system
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to communicate complex technical accounting concepts to cross-functional, non-finance stakeholders

•Perform detailed contract review and analysis for non-standard arrangements to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606, and thoroughly document conclusions
•Lead and execute revenue-related month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
•Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization (NetSuite ARM), improving process efficiency and revenue accuracy
•Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities across the revenue recognition and close process to drive continuous improvement
•Collaborate with revenue operations, pricing, and product teams to conduct Standalone Selling Price (SSP) studies
•Participate in M&A revenue-related integration to ensure smooth revenue process transitions as needed
•Update revenue policies and position papers to reflect evolving business models, new products, and regulatory guidance
•Assist with the external audit process and participate in and/or lead ad hoc projects with cross-functional impacts
