Requirements
- •Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted creative production for commercial or marketing use
- •Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Firefly, Flux, Ideogram or equivalents
- •Strong video editing and motion design skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalents
- •Fluency in prompt engineering to achieve consistent, controllable, brand-right results
- •Ability to produce across multiple formats and channels simultaneously without losing visual coherence
- •Genuine aesthetic judgment and brand sensibility
- •Awareness of legal and rights considerations around AI-generated content in paid advertising
- •Comfort working in fast-moving, sprint-style production environments
What You'll Do
- •Produce high-quality AI-assisted creative assets across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, carousels, static banners, GIFs, and motion graphics
- •Create demo videos, explainer content, and TV/streaming commercials using AI video generation tools combined with traditional editing
- •Execute across multiple formats and aspect ratios maintaining visual consistency and brand fidelity
- •Iterate quickly based on creative direction, testing feedback, and campaign performance data
- •Drive video and animation production using AI generation tools alongside traditional editing software
- •Create motion graphics, animated ads, and short-form video content for performance marketing and brand storytelling
- •Produce demo and product videos showcasing company capabilities
- •Build and maintain prompt systems and generation frameworks for consistent on-brand results
- •Develop reusable creative templates and asset libraries to extend production capacity
- •Stay ahead of AI tool landscape and adopt new platforms
- •Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and demand generation partners as part of the brand team
- •Bring a collaborative, ego-free approach to shared projects
Nice to Have
- •Experience with LoRA training or model fine-tuning for brand consistency
- •Background in traditional motion design, animation, or video production
- •Experience producing creative for B2B or developer-focused products
