Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- •2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience, preferably in international or multi-currency environments
- •Experience with high-volume invoice processing (e.g., 1,000+ invoices/month), ideally in hardware, technology distribution, manufacturing, or global supply chain industries
- •Knowledge of inventory-related payables
- •Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity in a deadline-driven global setting
- •Excellent communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders across time zones
What You'll Do
- •Process high-volume international invoices for hardware vendors, including receipt, multi-currency validation, coding, approvals, payment execution, and reconciliations
- •Handle inventory-related invoicing workflows, such as vendor statement reconciliations, and resolution of global discrepancies
- •Execute cross-border payments in multiple currencies while adhering to international payment methods and regulatory requirements
- •Serve as a point of contact for routine vendor inquiries and escalate complex issues to the AP Manager or relevant stakeholders
- •Support monthly/quarterly/yearly AP close processes, including reconciliations, aged payables analysis, and data preparation for financial reporting
- •Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Receiving, Tax, and Finance teams to resolve mismatches and optimize order-to-pay cycles
- •Participate in AP automation initiatives, process standardization, and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency in a high-transaction environment
- •Contribute to financial closes, internal/external audits, system implementations/upgrades, and cross-functional projects as needed
- •Maintain accurate records and documentation for all AP activities in compliance with company policies and international standards
