Requirements
- •7+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience
- •4+ years managing direct reports in an accounting or finance function
- •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- •CPA or equivalent strongly preferred
- •Demonstrated experience with acquisition integrations, purchase accounting, or financial consolidations (ASC 805)
- •Proficiency with an ERP system (NetSuite experience is a plus)
- •Clear, direct communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Lead acquisition integrations and purchase accounting in accordance with ASC 805, working cross-functionally with finance and legal
- •Own the full monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all accounting entries and reconciliations
- •Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including investor reporting where applicable
- •Maintain and continuously improve the general ledger system and financial record-keeping infrastructure
- •Manage and develop a team of three direct reports, setting clear expectations and supporting their professional growth
- •Partner with external auditors on the annual audit, serving as the primary internal point of contact
- •Research and resolve accounting issues to ensure ongoing compliance with GAAP
