Requirements
- •5+ Years of proven experience in partner management, sales, or a related role
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- •Field related experience of working in the Cloud Channel Ecosystem (ISV, Vendor, Distributor, Channel Partner)
- •Strong understanding of IT solutions and services
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- •Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
- •Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Willingness to travel regularly for industry events and partner engagements
- •Bilingualism in spoken and written communication
- •Proficiency in the Office 365 suite
What You'll Do
- •Identify and onboard new partners in the assigned region to grow the partner channel
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential partners and key influencers
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring a satisfaction rating of 90% or higher
- •Conduct relationship reviews and address any partner concerns
- •Collaborate with partners to align joint objectives, strategies, and initiatives for mutual business success
- •Create and document joint objectives and KPIs, tracking progress and success
- •Foster a culture of collaboration between internal teams and partners
- •Establish regular communication channels to ensure alignment and smooth execution of joint initiatives
- •Attend and actively participate in industry events, conferences, and partner-specific engagements
- •Promote the company's brand and capabilities, and identify potential opportunities
