Requirements
- •5–10 years of product management experience with focus on billing, invoicing, payments, or subscription management
- •Experience shipping consumption-based or usage-based billing features including token usage, metering, and retirement concepts
- •Hands-on experience with payment and money movement APIs such as Stripe, Adyen, or Plaid
- •Experience with enterprise billing or ERP platforms like Zuora, Chargebee, NetSuite, or Recurly
- •Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 in payments or billing context
- •Clear, structured communication skills to translate complex billing and contract logic
- •Comfort operating across multiple teams and technical dependencies simultaneously
What You'll Do
- •Own the billing platform roadmap, focusing on evolving from subscription-based to consumption-based billing models
- •Integrate token-based billing and token management capabilities into the marketplace
- •Drive automation of accounts receivable and payment reconciliation workflows to reduce manual intervention
- •Build AI-assisted subscription management features including right-sizing tools
- •Benchmark billing platform against leading AI billing competitors and deliver a gap analysis with a prioritized roadmap
- •Partner with product design in Figma and engage with enterprise clients to clarify contract renewals, upgrades, and billing logic
