Requirements
- •Experience building GTM infrastructure at a fast-growing SaaS company ($100M to $300M ARR).
- •Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- •Experience designing system integrations and configuring LLM-powered workflows.
- •Experience with Clay or similar GTM workflow platforms.
- •Experience designing and deploying AI agents that impact revenue metrics.
- •Strong understanding of revenue systems and AI automation.
- •Ability to build and lead teams, coaching and managing effectively.
- •Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data warehouse systems.
- •Ability to design scalable data architecture and maintain data quality and governance.
What You'll Do
- •Lead and build a high-impact GTM Systems & Tools team within Revenue Operations.
- •Own and evolve the core revenue technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, and data warehouse.
- •Design scalable data architecture and maintain system infrastructure.
- •Identify and collect unique data points (signals) that predict purchase, expansion, or churn.
- •Deploy signals into automated outreach, meeting preparation, and expansion nudges.
- •Design, deploy, and orchestrate AI agents that automate decision-making across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps.
- •Define and execute GTM Agent Strategy for AI agent usage across the customer lifecycle.
- •Partner with Engineering and Data teams to harden experiments into production-grade systems.
- •Define roadmap, write specs, ship prototypes, and scale winning tactics for GTM org.
- •Evaluate, procure, and sunset tools as the stack evolves.
