Requirements
- •Experience with content systems and large content libraries
- •Strong instincts for AEO and modern search optimization
- •Ability to diagnose problems and build solutions from the ground up

- •Ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams
What You'll Do
- •Own Ashby’s content library as a system including URL structure, internal linking, content hierarchy, and content connections
- •Lead approach to content optimization, AEO, and technical SEO
- •Build and run a continuous content refresh engine including audits and updates
- •Create an evergreen go-to-market engine for content distribution and resurfacing
- •Own and evolve underutilized distribution surfaces such as YouTube
- •Partner on Ashby Academy and knowledge-based experiences to ensure structure and scalability
- •Develop new scalable content systems like expert databases and programmatic content
Nice to Have
- •Knowledge of content marketing excellence
- •Experience with SEO/AEO strategy
- •Experience with product management or product marketing management
