Requirements
- •Experience at a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally in the $100M–$300M ARR range.
- •Strong understanding of GTM tech stacks and revenue operations tools.
- •Ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
- •Experience managing large scale cross-functional projects.
- •Comfortable with hands-on system architecture and administration.
- •Ability to design scalable systems and data architecture ensuring data quality and consistency.
What You'll Do
- •Own the long-term vision for Ashby’s GTM tech stack, evaluating, procuring, and implementing tools for growth.
- •Own and manage the core revenue technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools ensuring seamless integration.
- •Ensure data quality and consistency across systems, designing and maintaining data flow across the ecosystem.
- •Lead and mentor a team of systems experts, setting standards for documentation, testing protocols, and deployment cycles.
- •Act as the primary bridge between Revenue Operations and Finance, Data/Analytics, and Engineering for alignment on data integrity and financial reporting.
- •Identify and reduce technical debt within the revenue stack to streamline workflows for account executives, marketers, and customer success managers.
- •Design and streamline operational workflows such as lead routing, customer onboarding, and renewals using automation to reduce manual effort.
