Requirements
- •Managed a team of Account Executives delivering $7M/yr+ of ARR contribution at a growth-stage SaaS company
- •Proven track record of hiring and onboarding new sales reps who quickly become top performers
- •Ability to coach reps empathetically and drive tangible improvement
- •Strong mental model for sales excellence and openness to new ideas and experimentation
- •Comfortable establishing executive relationships with customers
- •Operational mindset with experience identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to accelerate deal flow
- •Become a product and industry expert and provide practical advice and relevant stories
What You'll Do
- •Be accountable for the segment's revenue results and focus team's energy on high-impact activities
- •Partner with Marketing on pipeline-generating initiatives
- •Provide consistent coaching to enable all sales reps to achieve their full potential
- •Identify themes for improvement at individual and team levels
- •Help reps grow in their sales career
- •Make high-quality hires in line with market demand
- •Define go-to-market strategy
- •Jump into deals to establish executive relationships with customers without boxing out the team
- •Work with Revenue Ops to refine process and tools

- •High performing Enterprise AE experience with upmarket deal strategy
