Requirements
- •Investigate problems to determine root causes and define robust solutions

What You'll Do
- •Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files across all systems in accordance with state and federal laws
- •Provide administrative support to Ashby’s people processes, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, benefits administration, performance management
- •Assist with planning and coordination of Ashby culture events, both virtual and in-person
- •Document people process changes as needed
- •Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion in the handling of sensitive information
- •Build out people process workflows in Ashby to continuously improve business effectiveness
Nice to Have
- •Have experience working in a Human Resources function
- •Have qualifications in Human Resources
- •Have worked in a SaaS Company
