What You'll Do
- •Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
- •Investigate and resolve integration issues, API inquiries, and bug reports
- •Identify patterns in customer inquiries to drive product improvement
- •Assist with creating and maintaining documentation and enablement materials
- •Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to address complex issues
- •Provide exceptional customer service and support
- •Share knowledge with Support team to enhance platform understanding
- •Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development
