What You'll Do
- •Build out the HR Operations function by hands-on work
- •Manage all HR Systems and define requirements for People tech stack
- •Build reports and dashboards using analytical capabilities
- •Drive continuous process improvement and challenge status quo
- •Create and operationalize performance review processes
- •Lead employee engagement initiatives and people-focused programs
- •Partner with Product Team to provide feedback and scale efforts
- •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations
- •Drive operational efficiency through automation and AI deployment
- •Communicate and influence change across the company
- •Serve as an external thought leader and represent company at conferences and content creation
