What You'll Do
- •Manage annual customer renewals and month-to-month customer subscriptions
- •Handle contract questions and collaborate with internal teams
- •Navigate pricing and negotiation discussions with empathy and tact
- •Lead the renewal process ensuring timely and successful contract renewals
- •Build and maintain trust with customers, addressing concerns proactively
- •Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as customer outreach, generating order forms, and CRM maintenance
- •Understand and communicate contract terminology to customers
- •Identify opportunities to support small startups and high growth accounts
- •Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to maximize customer growth and renewal
