Requirements
- •Extensive experience managing and executing complex implementation and onboarding projects in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization

- •Experience working effectively in a remote-first setting
- •Ability to travel less than 10% for strategic customer engagements

What You'll Do
- •Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers
- •Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure positive customer experience and expedited time to value
- •Support customers to get up and running swiftly with Ashby
- •Manage and execute several complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently
- •Define work, align with stakeholders, communicate project plans, and deliver results
- •Maintain high levels of engagement and communication with customers
- •Advise customers on best practices specific to their software usage
- •Proactively address customer opportunities and improve processes
- •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
