What You'll Do
- •Lead enterprise renewal cycles end-to-end including forecasting, risk mitigation, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment
- •Navigate complex pricing, contract structures, and multi-product conversations with clarity, empathy, and confidence
- •Partner cross-functionally to present aligned recommendations and resolve customer challenges
- •Maintain high accuracy in contract creation, CRM updates, and operational workflows
- •Develop deep product fluency to position Ashby’s platform with credibility and strategic insight at renewal time
- •Build and maintain trust with customers, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring their subscription needs are met at time of renewal and throughout the customer lifecycle
Nice to Have
- •Experience managing multi-threaded enterprise renewals involving procurement, legal reviews, multiple products, and C-suite stakeholders
- •Strong public speaking skills
- •Product knowledge to support customer conversations
