Requirements
- •Experience building and leading a People team of 10+ in a scaling SaaS company
- •Strong communication skills with ability to influence change across the company
- •Ability to understand and balance motivations of various stakeholders
- •Comfortable crafting solutions from tactical to strategic levels
- •High standards and ability to hold others accountable
- •High empathy for employees
- •Experience as HRBP and specialization in a people function such as Total Rewards
- •Comfort with ambiguity and context switching across multiple focus areas
- •Experience leading a team of ~15 or more and excited to build a team over time
What You'll Do
- •Leading the People function including HRBP team, HR Generalist team, and People Specialists
- •Creating and improving people-focused documentation
- •Implementing continuous process and functional improvements
- •Creating and operationalizing performance management processes and talent development frameworks
- •Developing new people services, practices, and processes as the company scales
- •Organizing company and departmental offsite events
- •Partnering with Product Team to provide feedback and ensure effective use of new HR technology features
- •Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws and supporting audits and reporting
- •Driving operational efficiency through automation and AI deployment

- •Experience with HR technology and data analytics
- •Experience speaking at conferences and writing content for People professionals and Hiring Managers
