What You'll Do
- •Guide customers through renewal processes
- •Manage customer renewals and advanced contract questions
- •Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Product
- •Identify key internal stakeholders and coordinate internal collaboration
- •Negotiate complex contracts with a creative approach
- •Assist scaling mid-market companies to leverage product at renewal
- •Build and maintain trust with customers
- •Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as customer outreach, generating order forms, and CRM maintenance
- •Understand and communicate contract terminology to customers
