Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Plan and execute highly curated, one-of-a-kind events in AMER designed to deepen relationships with customers and prospects and reflect Ashby’s brand values
- •Foster meaningful relationships with customers and prospects to establish a strong, globally connected network that supports future growth and collaboration
- •Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Design to ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and seamless attendee experiences
- •Design and document playbooks that allow Ashby to scale activations efficiently and maintain brand excellence in every market
- •Create and maintain detailed documentation, including event briefs, timelines, run-of-shows, staffing and travel plans, and post-event debriefs
- •Serve as the on-site event lead, managing setup, run-of-show, and teardown, while ensuring a polished and professional presence
- •Track performance metrics such as attendance, NPS, pipeline influence, engagement, and ROI to inform future event decisions
