Requirements
- •Experience at the intersection of partnerships, product, technology, and customers in roles such as integration or platform partnerships, technical program management, product management, solutions architecture, or implementation
- •Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, data flows, webhooks, sandboxes, and integration tradeoffs
- •Strong product and business judgment to evaluate requests and opportunities
- •Clear communication and writing skills to build trust, set expectations, and document requirements
- •Operational discipline and improvement mindset to manage high-volume workstreams and create structure
- •Customer experience focus and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and external partners
- •Proactive problem-solving and system-building mindset
What You'll Do
- •Own inbound integration requests from qualification through launch and ongoing maintenance
- •Guide partners through the integration process including NDA, sandbox access, API documentation, onboarding, testing, and launch
- •Set clear expectations and manage integration prioritization
- •Serve as technical and commercial liaison between integration partners and internal teams
- •Translate partner and customer needs into clear requirements and next steps
- •Help partners navigate API concepts such as authentication, endpoints, webhooks, data mapping, and workflow design
- •Own integration knowledge dissemination to Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams
- •Coordinate integration reviews and launch readiness including workflow validation, security, documentation, and marketplace publication
- •Maintain external integration directory and partner-facing resources
- •Manage larger integration relationships and represent Ashby externally
- •Optimize current integrations and coordinate scope with Project Managers
- •Keep partnership systems current with partner context, status, and timelines
- •Improve operational processes including swim lanes, handoffs, SLAs, documentation, reporting, and support paths
- •Automate repetitive work while preserving human judgment for key decisions
- •Work with knowledge base team to keep integration documentation up-to-date
