    Requirements

    • Experience as a strategic HR partner building strong relationships with leaders
    • Deep knowledge of People Ops/HR functions including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
    • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven track record of scaling compensation frameworks using market data
    • Experience building and scaling internal training programs for management
    • Guidance in employee relations and risk management including mediation and investigations
    • Up to date knowledge of US employment law and regulatory compliance
    • Experience supporting a globally distributed and asynchronous workforce
    • Experience with HRIS, compensation management tools, and other HR tools
    • Approximately 8 years of HR/People Ops experience scaling organizations from ~200 to 1k employees

    • Collaborate closely with functional teams to provide proactive HR guidance
    • Foster employee development and cultivate a high-performance culture
    • Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures
    • Translate business objectives into people strategy aligned with long-term goals
    • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders
    • Align people ops strategies with overall business goals
    • Support both strategic projects and administrative tasks
    • Contribute to rethinking PeopleOps functions and shaping workplace culture

    Nice to Have

    • Advanced degree in HR, business or organizational development
    • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
    • Experience working with globally distributed teams
