Requirements
- •Experience as a strategic HR partner building strong relationships with leaders
- •Deep knowledge of People Ops/HR functions including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- •Ability to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Proven track record of scaling compensation frameworks using market data
- •Experience building and scaling internal training programs for management
- •Guidance in employee relations and risk management including mediation and investigations
- •Up to date knowledge of US employment law and regulatory compliance
- •Experience supporting a globally distributed and asynchronous workforce
- •Experience with HRIS, compensation management tools, and other HR tools
- •Approximately 8 years of HR/People Ops experience scaling organizations from ~200 to 1k employees

- •Contribute to rethinking PeopleOps functions and shaping workplace culture
Nice to Have
- •Advanced degree in HR, business or organizational development
- •HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
