Requirements
- •1–3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading (Traditional Finance or Crypto background preferred)
- •Strong foundational understanding of OTC trading, market-making mechanics, and the digital asset ecosystem
- •A hunter mentality with high resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- •Ability to distill complex blockchain services into clear, actionable insights for institutional stakeholders
What You'll Do
- •Identify and onboard institutional prospects including hedge funds, family offices, VCs, and high-frequency trading firms within the AMER markets
- •Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach and lead qualification to KYC/onboarding and first trade execution
- •Maintain a high volume of activity with a no-hesitation approach to outreach and follow-up
- •Articulate the value proposition of Blockchain.com’s institutional suite including OTC Spot liquidity, Options/Derivatives strategies, and Market Making services
- •Stay ahead of market trends including regulatory shifts and emerging blockchain protocols
- •Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring white-glove service and rapid response times
- •Collaborate closely with the Trading Desk to communicate market colour and ensure seamless trade execution
- •Work with Legal and Compliance teams to navigate onboarding requirements of AMER institutional entities
