Requirements
- •Proven experience as an OTC broker/trader/sales-trader
- •Solid broker-dealer background comfortable with discretionary trading
- •Exceptional understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology preferred
- •Deep understanding of international financial markets and regulatory standards
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client-focused approach
- •Ability to perform under pressure, make quick decisions, and handle high transaction volumes
- •Interest in staying updated with cryptocurrency trends and news
- •Comfortable working flexible hours coordinating with Singapore and US teams
- •Accustomed to earning significant income through commission
What You'll Do
- •Execute trades on behalf of clients in an OTC setting using discretionary judgement based on market conditions and client goals
- •Support and grow a 24-7 spot flow operation with teams in Singapore and US
- •Provide clients with actionable insights on cryptocurrency market
- •Drive revenue and meet or exceed established sales targets
- •Collaborate globally to ensure smooth operation and optimal trading conditions
- •Stay updated with market developments, regulatory changes, and technical advancements in cryptocurrencies
- •Grow client base and strengthen existing relationships
