Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Support day-to-day activities and projects within the IT support team
- •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- •Set up new employees' workstations and onboard them
- •Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment
- •Work closely with the IT team to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
- •Administer and support cloud-based tools including Google Workspace, Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management), 1Password, Notion, and Slack
- •Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Legal Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance
- •Prepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders
- •Learn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes
