Requirements
- •Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese
- •3+ years of experience in account management or customer success with Vietnamese customers
- •Strong understanding of customer onboarding and support
- •Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- •Ability to translate complex changes into simple messages
- •Ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams and regions
- •Analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption and engagement metrics
What You'll Do
- •Manage a portfolio of high value customers to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and active engagement
- •Maintain high levels of revenue retention and generate business opportunities
- •Strengthen relationships with customers
- •Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels
- •Resolve incoming inquiries and concerns promptly
- •Conduct onboarding of providers to increase online bookings
- •Educate providers on platform functions
- •Perform outbound contacts focused on customer and revenue retention
- •Deliver seamless and positive customer experience
- •Identify expansion opportunities by aligning product roadmap with market trends
- •Generate new sales and build lasting relationships
- •Attend meetings with potential high value providers
- •Collaborate with marketing to ensure localized collateral reflects business community values
