Requirements
- •Experience in high-volume recruiting
- •Exposure to field sales/junior GTM recruitment is a bonus
- •Comfortable managing 10-15 requisitions simultaneously
- •Agency experience
- •Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment
- •Based in the EST timezone
- •Strong administrative and organizational skills
- •Experience with reporting and tracking input/output metrics

What You'll Do
- •Recruit high-volume commercial talent including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, and Marketing roles
- •Manage around 10-15 requisitions end-to-end
- •Develop and implement top-tier talent acquisition strategies
- •Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- •Represent the company’s brand professionally and authentically
