Requirements
- •Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, SRE, or DevOps engineer at a senior level
- •Hands-on experience operating production Kubernetes at scale on managed offerings (GKE, EKS, AKS)
- •Fluency with autoscaling primitives like KEDA and cluster auto scaler
- •Strong AWS knowledge including IAM, EC2, S3, SQS, ECR, ALBs
- •Strong Terraform skills with modular, adaptable, and readable code
- •Experience with production CI/CD using GitHub Actions or equivalent and GitOps via ArgoCD
- •Experience building internal developer tools as products
- •Experience with observability tools like Datadog and Sentry
- •Comfortable with Cloudflare platform including Workers and Zero Trust
- •Ability to read and modify TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and PHP services
- •Fluency with modern AI tools for debugging, documentation, and toil reduction
- •Proactive, able to follow through and work independently
- •Ability to turn ambiguity into proofs of concept and iterate
- •Thrives in remote, asynchronous environments

What You'll Do
- •Own the day-to-day reliability of the production platform including EKS, ArgoCD, and AWS services
- •Make CI/CD pipelines faster and more reliable
- •Implement Argo Rollouts with clean rollback paths for progressive delivery
- •Build and evolve developer tools as products, including local development environments and CLI tooling
- •Reduce operational toil using AI to automate low-risk workflows
- •Drive lifecycle upgrades of application runtimes, Kubernetes, EKS, Helm, and Terraform-managed infrastructure
- •Improve platform economics through visibility work on Datadog, AWS rightsizing, and log filters
- •Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design teams on platform development and documentation
- •Participate in on-call rotations for incident response and postmortems
