Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Own campaign execution across priority pillars from concept to launch and iteration
- •Build programs that serve developers and buyers with credibility and clarity
- •Create a repeatable cadence aligning Brand Systems, Dev Voice, and GTM
- •Provide technical advocacy with honest insights and answers
- •Teach CI concepts and Buildkite workflows in engineer-respected formats
- •Build credibility by engaging with reality
- •Design learning paths to reduce time-to-first-value such as onboarding guides and walkthroughs
- •Partner with Product and Support to improve documentation, defaults, and UX
- •Help teams migrate and modernize safely by demystifying CI
- •Partner with customers to share technical stories and value-first storytelling
- •Co-create with Content teams to produce distributable technical proof
- •Capture and publish developer-grade assets that withstand scrutiny
- •Maintain a high bar for public artifacts
- •Collect developer feedback, objections, and patterns and route to appropriate owners
- •Make feedback legible, categorized, quantified, and clearly communicated
- •Ensure feedback leads to shipped fixes
- •Identify and nurture champions and power users
- •Create pathways from curious to advocate with necessary assets and moments
- •Partner with Dev Events to build ongoing relationships and community pull
- •Operate scalable loops for education, signal capture, proof, adoption, advocacy, and coherence

- •Deep CI/CD or DevOps experience
- •Open source contributions or public technical proof
- •Experience supporting enterprise evaluation and migration
- •Experience collaborating on events programming
- •Comfort building agentic tooling and workflow automation for DevRel systems
