Requirements
- •Senior SaaS Recruitment Experience recruiting across GTM functions and leading complex or specialised searches
- •Highly customer-focused with ability to build trust and manage expectations
- •Exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, communication, documentation, and reporting
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to guide senior leaders and maintain alignment
- •Proactive and self-directed with ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and improve processes
- •Creative sourcing capability leveraging LinkedIn, referrals, online communities, and other channels
- •Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and high standard for data accuracy and reporting
- •Resilience and adaptability in a scaling, evolving environment
What You'll Do
- •Lead end-to-end recruitment across primarily GTM roles (Brand & Design, Sales) and selected Technical roles (Engineering, Technical Services)
- •Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and confidently guide them through structured and effective hiring processes
- •Take ownership of specialised, niche, and hard-to-fill roles with proactive sourcing strategies
- •Conduct thoughtful candidate screenings and provide clear, high-signal insights to hiring managers
- •Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from first engagement through to offer
- •Manage interview coordination and process flow with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- •Build and refine job descriptions, interview frameworks, and assessment materials
- •Maintain accurate reporting and high data integrity within ATS systems
- •Champion inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences across all functions
