Requirements

•Senior SaaS Recruitment Experience recruiting across GTM functions and leading complex or specialised searches
•Highly customer-focused with ability to build trust and manage expectations
•Exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, communication, documentation, and reporting
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to guide senior leaders and maintain alignment
•Proactive and self-directed with ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and improve processes
•Creative sourcing capability leveraging LinkedIn, referrals, online communities, and other channels
•Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and high standard for data accuracy and reporting
•Resilience and adaptability in a scaling, evolving environment

•Lead end-to-end recruitment across primarily GTM roles (Brand & Design, Sales) and selected Technical roles (Engineering, Technical Services)
•Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and confidently guide them through structured and effective hiring processes
•Take ownership of specialised, niche, and hard-to-fill roles with proactive sourcing strategies
•Conduct thoughtful candidate screenings and provide clear, high-signal insights to hiring managers
•Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from first engagement through to offer
•Manage interview coordination and process flow with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
•Build and refine job descriptions, interview frameworks, and assessment materials
•Maintain accurate reporting and high data integrity within ATS systems
•Champion inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences across all functions
