Requirements
- •Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda's product
- •Experience leading an operations team in a tech-forward environment
- •Proven track record with AI tools or automation in a People or Talent Acquisition function
- •Systems thinking at the architecture level, designing for scale
- •Fluency with ATS systems, Ashby preferred
- •Comfort with data, metrics, and using them to surface important insights
- •Coaching-oriented management style
- •Remote-first operating experience
What You'll Do
- •Lead the Talent Operations function and a team of four with defined growth paths and active development
- •Develop and execute AI and automation strategy for Talent Operations including roadmap, pilots, and outcomes
- •Manage the Ashby ATS ecosystem including configuration, integrations, and technology decisions
- •Partner on data architecture and reporting to drive leadership decisions
- •Design recruiting operations that scale and operate independently
- •Strategic partnership with the VP of Talent Acquisition providing insights and direction
